How did you get your username?

Thread title. Can be your BYOND ckey or forum username, or both, or whatever you use to identify yourself. Mostly curious because we have some weird ones here.

Sheodir came from Sheo which was just a shortening of Sheogorath because 2007 me thought funny cheese man was the funniest shit he'd ever seen. More of a point about how old the ckey is than anything.

Originally on various online games, I used various variations of my real name as a username, for example 'Dutwa'. Now, one such game I played was called 'Daimonin'.

Needless to say, tried logging into an administrative account, got banned, had to think of a new username. Thought of two random words. It stuck ever since.

I've never gotten the hang of usernames. In order to have something unique without needing numbers or symbols I went through a list of obscure words and picked this one. I'm not fond of it.

This was my codename for all the (now redacted) books I used to publish. When I first got into this game, I figured that if I'm going to do something as equally shameful again, I'll use the same name as well.

I was 12 when I made my steam account and I wanted a new username. For whatever reason Bee came into my head, and then I associated Sting with that. Bee Sting 12 (my age). I've kept it since.

Diminutive of my name with an x at the end cause at the time I thought including an x in nicks was cool. Used it as nickname in CS 1.6 around 15 years ago when clans were somewhat still relevant and we were trying to qualify for some world championhip with my clan. We all used 4 letter names and were extremely bad at the game so that didn't last long. Since then I started using the nick for most games and other social media, and friends simply started calling me Agux (no, my family doesnt)

909 is because of recurring 9:09 "coincidences", but mainly because of Daft Punk. I don't always add it.
