Fatalx1 banned me for ban evading, but i didnt ban evade at all

Fatalx1 banned me for being someone else called "MR.COCKWAFFLE" but there's a problem with that, the problem being that I have no idea who this cockwaffle guy is, and my account is new, how can you ban me for being this guy when i have never even heard of the guy or evaded a ban at all?
