Your side of the story: "Having a bad day" is not an excuse for evasiveness and dishonesty, so let us skip past that. I admit that I was effectively lying and most definitely coming off as a bit cold and smug towards the administrator when being questioned. When I went into my alt acc Atpisies, I had totally forgotten about the cyborg ban on my main account, Kosenku. I realized what it was about a bit too late, after I had given a borderline condescending reply to Doctor Brutality, and then, well, the ban hammer was struck.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I'm not against me having a ban or restriction. I wholeheartedly accept punishment for what I did. If it is suitable, one of the accounts can be banned in favour of the other. I agree with having a ban, it was justifiable, because what I did was not just a rulebreak, but my reaction immature, I should've been straightforward and not evasive, I would just like if it was not permanent. I don't think I gave much to community, I just think /tg/ was a unique server, regarding that you don't get punished for vulgar politically incorrect humour. So I guess all I can offer is a request of trust for my promise to never do so again.

Yeah, I'm aware after a more in-depth rule check. If and when I do get the option, I would like the Kosenku one to stick around.

At the same time multi-keying isn't permitted, on top of that you have a continuous history of lying in adminhelps or evading them.

Your first ban goes as "Joined server on extended, and instantly blew up the syndicate lavaland outpost. Logged before could be questioned."
The ban before I perma-banned you is "As a cyborg, killed a random person in maintenance. Lied in admin helps about it. You have a history of non-antag kills. Next time this will be permanent."

And you do have quite the history of non-antagonist kills, you have been month-banned from security for murdering 9 people as warden indiscriminately with a fire axe.
I can buy you not using this new account to evade your silicon ban, but you've overall proved yourself to be very insincere so I fully believe you were at least using this account to evade your notes to avoid being perma-banned.

Overall, you aren't a pleasant person to play with, you lie to admins & I'm denying this appeal.

Regarding the cyborg thing though, I checked the logs after I was banned. In-game, I never saw the guy's proper name, only that he had both the appearance and name of my dead host body, so together with the changeling that was in the station that round, I was convinced it was one. In the logs the name which I was accused of killing showed, so yes. It was a name thing that I denied, not killing. Not excusing anything, but I did not "lie" on that occasion. I was guilty for a non-emagged non-antag cyborg kill, but not for dishonesty, it was a misunderstanding.
