Adminbusses on sybil in that "good adminbus" manner where they make the round more fun and interesting instead of more shit. Actively responding to prayers, creating events, and the like to spice up a round is always appreciated so long as it doesn't end up as a dumpster fire, and I've only seen the funny mold man turn a round into a dumpster fire once.

Well, maybe more than once. But he's a good admeme.
