Banning admin: Nervere#0001
Time ban was placed: 2:15 PM (AST) [Sunday, August 11]
Your side of the story: I registered to the official discord late the night of Saturday, August 10 seeking guidance for coding. I made less than half a dozen posts, all of which were in the code discussion channel. I was running Firefox, file explorer, Git Kraken, the BYOND IDE and a private server of ss13 for testing and debugging my code. Sometime during the morning of Sunday, August 11 I noticed my laptop was chugging rather hard and subsequently force quit file explorer, Firefox, Git Kraken, the BYOND IDE, and my private server. Given that the slowdown persisted I then manually powered down my computer and rebooted it. After restarting my computer I refactored the code I was working on and then opened discord to seek additional help and advice. The official tgstation discord was not in the discord sidebar and upon attempting to reach it through the hyperlink provided by https://tgstation13.org/ under the "Discord" tab in the navigation menu I was informed that I had been banned from the discord. As I was not in the discord at the time of the ban (either because my computer was unpowered or simply not having the website open) I was not informed of who banned me, why I was banned, and how long I am banned for.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Given how little I posted and the fact that all of my posts were, to my knowledge, completely inoffensive, I don't think I broke any rule(s). If I am mistaken I would like to be informed of what rule(s) I broke. I would also like to be informed of who banned me, why I was banned, and the duration of the ban.
