Last night after tossing android mutation toxin at half the crew, one particular member of the community threw a fit in OOC.

A felinid player, mutated to an android by several different people wielding the mutation toxin, adminhelped several times in order to return to his preferred anime avatar.

This begs a few questions.
Which admins are allowing this sort of thing to occur? Would human players adminhelp to have their race returned successfully? This seems like a whole crock of shit, but what right does a player have to demand admin interference over typical in-round events, just for aesthetic purposes?

I'm not sure - if an admin could investigate logs, that'd be pretty cool. I think I remember throwing mutation toxin at a cat abomination mime who PDA'd me and called me an "afterbirth" more than once (happened on June 29, around 9pm EST)

honestly they have just opened pandora's box to bullying, avatarfags aren't a new thing and fucking with them is really fun. used to be you could slip-and-shave them and then break all the mirrors so they couldn't get their hair back, but i think mirrors are buildable now or something. i also like giving them the dwarfism mutation.

I don't think mirrors are buildable pk, but if they are it's obscure enough for people to not know how, and to be a massive pain.
I'd advise against dwarfing people though, as 90% they'll enjoy it one way or another. if you got genetics there's worse they can do to them anyways.

spray tan is a good idea, if you can get some. turning anyone black or into an orange meme spouter is a good time.

Race-changing someone by force is already opening you up to retaliation, it's a hard stun and makes you nonhuman to asimov ai's (unless this is stabilized mutation toxin then...it makes you human). Some of the races are pretty immensely detrimental;golems, ashlizards and abductors come to mind.

Android however is fucking amazing and one of the best races to get. Of course, it still opens you up to retaliation if you do it by force.

As for uh, raceswapping back in the middle of a round, I don't really think that's too acceptable unless the guy who was doing it was on some kind of griff rampage and was probably going to get banned. Like mixing the mutation with acid because it's a free stun )I've seen that used to a sadly not that effective murderbone once. It only didn't work because everyone was a zombie and I think they have some damage reductions). Otherwise resolve it in-character, xenobio is there with stabilized to fix most issues (except recatting, then botany and slaughtered kitties will be required and you'll be human to boot).

tbh its the opposite, the more burnt out I become the less I try to interact with anyone and random name and shit. Burnt people aren’t dicks because its their only way to squeeze any amount of enjoyment out of the game, its because they associate the frustration they feel with the game with the players around them, and slowly start to hate them.
