Give catgirl characters permadeath: If you spawn in a round as a cat and wind up dead at the end of the round the character gets automatically deleted and you have to reroll it as a non-cat. The problem will solve itself.

Our various catgirl players will get the chance to show the whole station just how robust they can be. Catgirls wouldn't be automatically valid, so an assistant couldn't just toolbox a cat to death at roundstart(at least without a ban).

Exempt big game-ending kill everybody stuff like Nar'Sie being summoned, the nuke going off, the blob hitting critical mass, etc. No "rocks fall, everybody dies" mass insta-kill events would count for character death.

And just being killed wouldn't cause chardeath. It'd be getting killed and then remaining dead at the end of the round. Marooned alive wouldn't wipe a character, nor would dying and getting cloned, you just need to be not-dead as a catgirl when the round's over.
