What happens is: I sign up as an assistant and go to the HoP's office for a job.
I then PDA message the captain about that. He told me to try the HoP again. In the meanwhile, this happens:Charles Schofield says, "I am here to get a job."
Charles Schofield asks, "Which deparment needs me the most?"
*Gives me a clown ID and PDA*
Tanner Flickinger says, "bye"
*After a while*
Charles Schofield asks, "Would you mind of giving me a job in science, engineering, medical, or security?"
Tanner Flickinger says, "of course"
Tanner Flickinger says, "no"
Tanner Flickinger says, "go away"
We all started banging HoP's office windows. I did it too, I am not afraid of saying it. Sometimes you have to get people's attention.The window has been hit by Johan Connor [Chaplain] with the null rod.
[Common] Slippy says, "chaplain is going nuts"
[Common] Johan Connor says, "He changed my ID to clown."

It goes on and on. Well, I got arrested for vandalism (which I deserved). When I got out of brig, the cultists showed up.[Common] Randy Rosensteel says, "DEMOTE THE HOP"

The captain was killed, but I managed to get his cultist killer (Randy Rosensteel). He still had his talisman, but I beat him to uncounsciousness. Then I got his taser gun, as well as the captain's headset which was in his backpack.[Common] Riley Blaine says, "Whats with the slimes outside science"

[Common] Charles Schofield says, "AI, the shuttle, now."
The emergency shuttle has been called. It will arrive in 10 minutes.
Nature of emergency:
Requested by Charles Schofield.
I get to brig and the warden, showing a uncommonly high deal of common sense for someone in the security force, takes me in and implants me. We proceed to escape and survive in the shuttle. The end of the shift confirmed that the HoP was not an antag.
Why they should be banned: He refused to give jobs to anyone, making everyone clowns. He then lied to the captain and claimed that he only did it to those who asked for full access. But, as you can see in the logs, I asked for a job. His incompetence incited a mutiny, and that made easier for cult to convert people. The chaplain, who had a clown ID, too, did not have access to his office. Needless to say how quickly he died when things turned sour. The captain, trying to calm people down, was stunned by a talisman and killed.The staff managed to stop the cult!
The cultists' objectives were:
Objective #1: Make sure at least 10 acolytes escape on the shuttle. (2 escaped) Fail.
Objective #2: Sacrifice F.R.A.N.K., the Captain. Fail.

The only reason why the round was so shitty to lawful people was because the HoP decided to make clowns out of everyone. That gave cultists a reason to incite a riot, which ended up with the captain and the HoP himself dead. I don't think this guy should allowed to play any head jobs, nor security.
