What is it? It's a shaft miner who decided "I want to be pretty today" and used various lavaland critters to make herself a dress. The gal who drew it never played SS13 before, but I gave her tons of references, and this is what she came up with, and I like it and wanna show it off so fuck you, enjoy.

Forced myself to sit down and do a full char in one sitting, definitely still getting used to photoshop and drawing tablets, and also actually finishing something to completion and not just abandoning it halfway through because i got distracted or didn't like a part!!
