Your side of the story: I have no idea really what happened, I haven't doxxed anyone. It's been a while since I've hopped on /tg/, a good week at least, and didn't really realize the issue until I decided I was going to hop into the discord to shitpost a bit. When I realized I was no longer in the /tg/ discord, I tried to join the server to get a link from someone.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I don't know why I'm being accused of doxxing anyone, and I think there's a mistake or misunderstanding somewhere. I imagine my ckey was mixed up with someone elses.

This ban was a mirrored ban from another SS13 server, specifically vorestation, where you've been banned (and I discovered more recently, blacklisted) for attempted doxxing.

Per rule 0, precedent 3 I chose to mirror this ban from vorestation, and per rule 8 of our discord server:

8: Doxxing & Swatting: Doing it, encouraging people to do it, or joking about doing it, will lead to an immediate & permanent game, discord, and forum ban.

We don't always mirror bans but in this case it was a serious enough matter that I decided it was appropriate.

If you have any comment on your vorestation blacklist/the accusations, I'm happy to hear them.

I'm not sure what logs you've seen or what you've been told about the matter but anything that I do outside of /tg/station should have no effect on my status in /tg/station. My actions on lifeweb and vorestation should stay on those servers, and have no repercussions here on /tg/ (especially since i never mentioned doxxing on the /tg/ server once). I'll give you all the details in a PM.

Edit: I should make it very clear that the person I'm accused of doxxing has no ties to /tg/station whatsoever, so I really don't understand the reason for the ban.

Doxxing is a major redline and people who do it are not welcome in our community.

Nobody should be worried about getting harassed or swatted at home over 2d spacemans because somebody wanted to play judge, jury and executioner because they don't like somebody's perceived fetishes.
