We should decide on some procedure for removing and replacing a headmin if need arises, as well as a way to confirm that need has arisen.
Not saying it's going to happen, but an ounce of prevention ect ect.

One way or another it's going to involve SoS. If an admin is inept or absent he's going to get himself involved.
For the selection of a new one, I'm perfectly fine with appointment/headmin vote/admin vote. Something quick as we supposedly already have fixed term lengths.

Term lengths were vaguely agreed upon to be 6 months. I'm going to make a thread about it however for players to vote on it in the Policy forum.
