I once tried playing as a plasmaman without suit, you can survive using a modified vape with a mix of salbutamol and water. Problem is you still catch on fire and even though you get extinguished without taking damage if you stay in the cloud people kept running into me (despite staying out of high traffic areas and out of the way) and run off panicking, setting even more people on fire, so even though the fire is very weak at some point I had half a dozen people constantly running into each other and setting each other on fire. I'm afraid to get bwoinked if I try it again

On the old mining asteroid, augments plus HoS armor basically gave you enough to be immune to goliath attacks AND made you spaceworthy to survive the asteroid, so I would get that and just punch goliaths to death. Good times

I miss miners coming to me to get augments.

They're still a good idea for miners to get for the damage reduction and immunity to cold damage from watcher projectiles

I grinded up like one donk pocket and put it in a vape and quickly OD'd on omnizine and died and think I almost got everybody standing near me in the chapel.

Luckily the lag is good enough these days you can actively dodge the cold beams.
