I'm jelly, I can barely do 3x5 80% body weight bench.

Averaging ~18km/h or 11 mph throughout.
that shit is exhausting, but my height and muscle gives me a pretty quick boost and build up in speed.
I just can't sustain that speed like the long legged lean marathon runners. more sprinter than anything.

Everywhere I am, I skip 1-2 steps on the stairs. sometimes 3 if I'm feeling really ballsy.
it's terrifying and confusing to people to see someone charge up a flight of stairs that fast.
If they look away for a brief second, or if you round a corner, it looks like you teleported.
old lady tells me to slow down as I sprint up and skip 1-2 steps.
