Why do Xenomorphs have a free stun ability again?

That's a win button right there. Why is it still present after all these years?

Because that's really their only offensive ability. Without it it'd be impossible for drones or hunters to grab humans, specially now that there's a whole bunch of facehugger-proof masks and helmets.

I mean, they are supposed to be a button that admins press when the round gets stale.

EDIT: Also, it doesn't help that I haven't found a xenomorph that has taken anyone back to a nest in about half a year, maybe more - plenty of xenomorphs constantly stunning three or four people to death at once, though.

Because there are zero redeeming qualities to the Ripley

The Ripley is not a combat mech. It is a utility mech. It is useful for breaking into places, storing crates and providing a bit more protection to the user. It is worthless for much else, though.

It's true. Natural enemy of the xenomorph is a Durand with the Solaris laser cannon.

Strip them first. Of everything. They can only escape if they have something in their hands. No item, no escape!

You're forgetting potentially the best attack Xenos of all kinds have:

Throwing facehuggers at unsuspecting people.
