Virus Calculator

I was virologist for two rounds and was musing about how to make a virus calculator.

What it would do, is you'd input the symptoms you want and see the Stealth/Resistance/Stage Speed/Transmittable points you'd get. You could also do the vice versa, and input the points you want and see the possible symptom combinations.
I'd like to ask two questions.
1.) Has such a thing ever been made?
2.) If not, how could I go about making one?

That would be really easy to make actually, I might get off my ass and whip something up in java, although I imagine most people would prefer it as a webapp but PHP a shit.

I'm in Compsci 1 right now, so I could probably make one in python, but I don't know the syntax for java yet. (And I'm too lazy to learn until we get to it)

at least use C# or something, seriously. what's with people's insistence to use fucking java for everything.

you could probably even goddamn javascript or stuff (which sucks but is better than php).
