Added some new life to Sybil, has made everything a pretty good time, always lights up OOC with greetings when he is on the server.

He's a capable shitposter while also being a good admin, takes care of issues, learns from his mistakes, and adds something to the rounds he oversees.

We never extend ban lengths for appealing, if you’re gonna post something on arm’s thread you better post something on everyone’s thread or make a policy discussion as it’s not exclusive to arm.

EDIT: it seems bee has already made one but my point still stands that this isn’t exclusive to arm or even the headmins
