Dragons!

So, lizards could use a hulk mutation, so I propose my own: dragons!
They can breathe a tiny poof of fire (turn the tile, or 2 in front of them into flame tiles.)
They have resprited angel wings, except they move at their walk/run speed (if they put on a hardsuit, they still get slowed down.)
Their legs are forced to digitigrade legs, and they only get their legs back after de-dragon-ing.

Ya, but this is relatively balanced compared to normal hulk, considering it forces digitigrade legs and is more fluff than anything else. Hey, someone call in drpillzredux, let's see what they think!

I played a lizard chemist once and used cf3-napalm mix spray for my fire breath

just make lizards into deathclaw ripoffs as hulk alternative
no shoes or helmets for them, but can crowbar open doors like lusties
can't hold any small items or fire guns, but their claws are really fucking sharp
