Well it is over now, is it not? The source is released I had not hosted it since the DMCA you feel me offering was not enough but now its said and done? Why must hostility continue? The whole situation is done and over the source was released? What more is that you as a community want just to continue being angry that there was a bit of miscommunication and understand and to what benefit does it give anyone to continue being upset about it. Lets lock the thread and ends the hate yes?

It's pretty apparent you and your discord team have been acting in bad faith throughout this whole ordeal. As for hostility in general, even now hostility still exists on your side in your discord so this moral high ground is pretty hypocritical.

Regardless, locking the thread is an entirely separate matter.

Some hostility probably also derives from him going "Well you could've gotten the code if you had accepted my offer, but you were mean to me so now you get nothing!" which kinda misses the point of the whole thing to make him look like he "won"

Ok, so one large difference between this project and my complaint I completely own Dungeon Master and was within my right to demand others along with my TOS not to use my code in their closed source games. The credibility of TG's license is highly debatable. I honestly believe if I took /TG/ to court it would be an easy win considering but again I am already in the middle of another court case and cannot afford to goto court for two separate cases especially one where I would need to travel multiple states away for a project that only drains and gains my nothing financially. Now going back to me offering the code this was me giving respect to /TG/ for the work they have done on the source I was attempting to honor your what I believed to be false licence. Anyways, I honestly think this needs to end considering the supposed AGPL code is no longer being used.

That would merely be sharing closed source code, not making it open.

The jury is still out on that, from a casual glance i did earlier, it seemed like the legacy version that was hosted on github, had agpl code, i just haven't had the time to do a full check, nor confirm that your version had it, nor confirm that you have modifications that aren't on the github

I mostly just wanted to point out your hypocrisy. MSO said you could just require forks of your work to state that they're running off modified versions of your game but apparently that's a horrible inconvenience for you despite the fact that you asked Jolenar to do the same thing several months ago.

Please look at the timestamps on the pr mergedates, you will find it illuminating. Since you do not have a time machine, the dynamic wait code is AGPL.

I doubt many people will donate to him considering the money is just going to be funneled through to some lawyer and he probably won't even win the case
