Mic Toggle alt click

Make it so you can toggle the mic on a handheld radio with alt click

This would make them not frustrating as hell and cancer to use
I play Ostrava of Nanotrasen (good name) and Rolls-The-Bones (Crag Given name god bless)

The sending of the sounds is... reasonably doable, however without exploiting browser hacks (which there may not even be one) I don't see how byond would ever have access to the mic, let alone to record sound from it.

That said it could just be "drag and drop a sound file-VOIP", so people record themselves saying dumb shit and just send it.

speaking completely out of my ass here and contributing to the derailment, but I feel like it would be easier to make a plugin ala Arma 2 ACRE that hooks into an existing VOIP program than trying to make byond have VOIP
