Ban reason and length:Eventually put a doctor into crit twice after hitting him with a spear accidentally, after a fiasco where they killed other players. There was no satisfactory excuse for either part but due to the delayed handling, log diving proved inconclusive for the second part. However, they have a horrible history and have ignored my warning to them.-Permanent Ban

Your side of the story:The Doctor Proceeded to attack me thats why he was put in crit twice Totaly of people killed by me that round that i know of is 2 the clown who attacked the Chaplin and i helped the Chaplin take the Clown out Klara The other person i killed Came out of no where and attacked me i then attacked them and they Bled out, I didn't Ignore the Warning at all dont just assume shit its fucking rude all you did was ask me what happend then after 20 mins you finally banned me with out talking to me further because you just assumed that i ignored your warning just because of a horrible history Dosnt just mean to ban me that isnt fair on my part.

Why you think you should be unbanned: i enjoy this server alot, its the only server i enjoy playing to lose it would be like loosing ss13 itself

What i do when doing a delayed banning is rules lawyer for the person i am banning and i was able to come up with a better excuse than yours for killing at least one other person. You did not mention this excuse, i highly doubt you could, but even so, it was enough to bring enough reasonable doubt to not ban you for that.

This is what you could not provide any sort of reasonable excuse for. I could not even provide you an excuse.

This might normally be a warning as critting right in medbay isnt too bad but you have a horrible history, plenty of notes compared to other players, and you were warned by me previously if you screwed up again this would happen. The ban is a perma because you have consistently shown you cannot be trusted to not fuck up the rounds of other players when there are no admins online to fix things.

Denied unless headmins wish to intervene.

Killed a captain for killing a slime that was loose in xenobio. Proceeded to then try and borg the captain. Warned for excessive reaction, admitted to a lapse in judgement due to frustration, and was given a last warning before perma due to previous history.

Took a Laser Gun Forgeting that Fire Ext can be used "Raiding" would be a shitty Term for this

Iirc there were more and the shuttle timer was at 20 minutes. That's 26 minutes of delay for a non lethal objective (maybe it's assassinate but that requires a single death and iirc it's steal.)
Why do you need to kill every last living person and call a twenty six minute shuttle?

Explain to me by quoting the drone laws and let's discuss how they allow you to raid lethal and nonlethal weapons from the armory.

That is exactly why you are being permad.

If an admin has to log on to stop you from making the server sit still for 20min after you murderbone in lowpop, if you dont understand why that is horrible, if of all the things ive just said that is what you try to refute, then a permaban was the correct thing to do.

Players do not need to deal with you when they play, admins are not obligated either.
