Take it in your hand, use it in-hand, and it opens a chat window.
Type whatever you want, and the puppet says it in a comic sans font, can't be used with radio.
For example:
Urist picks up the puppet.
Urist uses the puppet to say, "Fuck you shitty admin".
In the chat window, a message
Kermit the Frog says, "Fuck you shitty admin"
appears, instead of
"Urist says, "Fuck you shitty admin"
If you hit someone with the puppet, it says
"Kermit the Frog chomps McGriff!", plays carp bite sound and deals 1 damage.
Puppet mouth can be upgraded with glass shards to deal 10 brute, but then sprite should change or something.
Theatre vendor starts with an assortment of hand puppets, one puppet is in the fitness room, and traitors can order either a box of puppets or a chameleon puppet for 1TC. Traitor puppets deal 10 damage.
So basically a poor/madman's voicechanger that bites.
