Banning admin: Somebody, I don't remember anymore, though NikNakFlak kept re-banning me all the time for apparent ban evasion.

Ban type: Permaban

Ban reason and length: I don't remember the original reason, though these last bans were given for ban evasion, all of them permanent in duration.

Your side of the story: Those who've been on TG for a long time remember me, those who weren't don't, but it's obvious for the older community that I was a huge shitter on both servers a few years ago. While I don't remember exact details of what I did before (except for few shitposts I thought were a 'good' idea back then) but I am pretty sure I was removed for being a jerk.

Why you think you should be unbanned: Truth be told, I've been hearing about a lot of cool new stuff being implemented in your servers. I don't know if it's for better or worse, because a lot of incidents happened, but I'd like to come back to playing on TG. I've first heard about you guys on Garry's Mod, a few years ago, and at that time I was a retarded child. I've been trying to make appeals to no effect, mainly because NikNakFlak has some sort of a huge beef with me over something, I don't even know, he's just very opposed towards me. If you don't want to let me back in, it's okay, but if you do then I'm willing to play under a long probation, months-long if necessary.

I also don't know what the hell happened that I could ban evade. I swear that I am too dumb to even get an illegitimate OS, nor I know how to set up a VM. One time I just tried, and... Boom, I could play, and I did for a few months without causing trouble before I got re-banned. (I think I know what might've caused it, but won't tell it here, you know.)

Oh man, that thing oranges quoted was after somebody on IRC gave a link to a picture which was apparently of a young girl who was spilling coca-cola over her chest, and I commented on it by saying what was quoted above, don't know what's creepier: Posting loli pictures or coca-cola vs pepsi comments.

That thing StonedOne mentioned is pretty much my shitposting. The kind of: O ha ha, I might've lost but I can still bite back, and to be honest I regret doing that by now, because it felt stupid.

The AN0N3 thing was after I and him made a bet that if I greytide security successfully he'd let me stay, and of course it was obvious he wouldn't but I still did it, after which he banned me with the reason "Pasicucknick". Not to act smug and all that, but I wasn't one of the guys who made a photograph of AN0N3's printed-out picture being shat on in a toilet bowl.

And I don't deny nor confirm the whole 'shoving cocks down kiddie's throat' thing, thought it's already funny to me because I don't use words like 'kiddie'. If I ever said that, it was motivated by someone saying something related to that. I've better things to do than start topics about that degeneracy.

But no, I didn't think I could exploit the headmins, I didn't even know who the headmins were until Saegrimr told me on IRC. You really thought I'd expect myself to slip past when doing this appeal? Nooo.

I would firstly like to note that we have a zero policy on both eroticism and creepy actions, as well as ban evading. I don't mean to be rude, but denying both then turning around and claiming it was just a joke is not quite helping us believe your truthfulness nor good-intentions here. Especially with the context provided above:

Its understandable to want to be able to return to play, but when you violated two of our zero-policy actions and then turn around and claim you haven't against meager context, it does make it look a little silly.

Its a bit disappointing that you refuse to elaborate on any information and makes it hard for us to want to trust that you'll be a re-welcome addition to our community. As well, its a bit unnerving that you refuse to deny or confirm the accusations of creepiness. With all that in mind, do you have any recent recommendations from other servers that could help us understand how you've changed for the better?

I still fail to understand how was I 'sexually creepy' when somebody posted a picture of that girl. I have not been commenting on her proportions, only that there should be Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola being spilled, or vice-versa.

I also don't refuse to provide you any information on how I've evaded the punishment because I feel like it, but TG used to have a zero tolerance policy on discussion of ban evasion topics, so I've refused to tell them simply out of fear that I might be punished even more for giving people hints and ideas on how to start playing on your server again. If you'd like me to elaborate on it, please tell and I can do so, but don't blame me when some people will suddenly go 'Oh, I might try it, as dumb as it sounds!' and start doing fishy shit on TG again.

I don't think there's any server that could recommend me when it comes to my conduct, simply because I'm not that type of a person to be outspoken and well known. I prefer to focus on what I want to do, and if there are any discussions ahead, I just don't contribute since most of the time I don't have any idea on how to do that. So no, I don't think I've got any server to mention here which could stand up for me, that's why I'm willing to take a very long, harsh probation if necessary, just to prove that I'm not here to fool you yet again and start being a shitter.

And as the last thing, I 'refuse' to deny or confirm such claims because as I said, I don't remember what happened last months. If I did, I'd admit to it, since lying in an appeal just doesn't go right for me in the end.

Unfortunately I think we'll have to pass on unbanning you for the time being, now. If you'd like to return in the future, I'd suggest trying to get recommendations from other servers that show that you've been able to change since the previous noted encounters. I hope you're able to have fun there in the mean time however, cheers!
