Jud has been removed from the text as a result of the multiple admin complaints and his adminning style in general.

This would have happened a couple weeks ago but we didn't want to be seen as messing with the elections (and it wouldn't have made much sense to deadmin him for his adminning style if the majority of players voted that they liked it enough to put him in charge.)

This was a unanimous decision between the current headmins, the incoming headmins, and the host.
