Ban reason and length:
High correlation between login dates and notes being added. Last act was buying the BYO shuttle as non-antag CE after the captain told him not to. Captain agreed to the RD arresting the CE, the RD tried to and the CE pushed the RD off the station z-level. Baiting players into escalations after the starting conflict is not tolerated.

Time ban was placed: 13:50 04/12/2016 (Central European Time Zone)

Your side of the story:
I mean, what he said in the "Ban Reason" is slightly wrong.
Let`s start from the start.
I started the round as CE, went to HOP office saw the captain and told him to buy the Empty Shuttle,
he went on the bridge logged on the console and I bought the Empty shuttle,
the Captain did sort of "Rage" but he never did tell me to don`t buy the shuttle, and buying the shuttle is not against the rules..
I didn`t break any rule from what I know.
Anyway let`s continue... then I went to Science and started building some compressed matter cartridges to start building the shuttle,
RD came randomly and started hitting me, with the telescopic-baton he even did harm me... so I did hit RD back... and I ran away to the shuttle..
While I was building the shuttle, RD came and he started to fight against, so we continued to fight and while we fought I had the idea to stun him and while doing so pull him south of the station... so I had time to build the shuttle... he had a spacesuit and if he wanted to go back to the station, he had to just simply go north...
and he wasn`t off the station Z-level... atleast from what I`ve seen..
anyway at the end, I did leave RD into space and I ran back to the shuttle,
and started building it.. RD came back... and did nothing this time he started building too...
so I did say on Command channel, Me & RD are building the shuttle.. We were building the shuttle.. and while I was building it without causing chaos or shit..
got Instantly banned, with no warn or stuff.
Anyway what do you mean with "Baiting"?
I got hit and I`m the one Baiting, I mean this has literally no sense..

Why you think you should be unbanned:
I mean, I didn`t break any rule by buying the shuttle.. or defending my self from the RD, and we didn`t escalate anything.. nobody got critted/died or shit.. every head was calm (atleast all the heads without including the Captain).
I was building the shuttle with the RD he had the "objective" to place Cryo tubes everywhere(it was a cool idea) and I had the "objective" to complete the Shuttle Bridge,flooring,walls,windows,etc..

The RD was stuck in space, I tele'd him back.

The point of this ban is me logging on to chill and afk, only to see that the only other admin on is on at 7am their time and having to deal with the likes of you. That admin has just placed a note on you saying to ban you for your next infraction, whatever it might be, and this is on top of previous notes accrued in the last few days. You also collect notes on the majority of your connection dates, so your poor behaviour is not an outlier. Finally, this incident and previous noted ones show a tendency for you to start a conflict and escalate it, resulting in someone ahelping.

Players shouldn't have their experience affected by admins continuing to tolerate your behaviour. I'm not lifting this, please go play on other servers.

stuck in space(it was just a matter of time to find the correct way where to go), not my fault if he doesn`t know where to go.. what I did wasn`t an infraction.. I agree I did cause chaos recently.. but what I did that round had nothing to deal with breaking rules..

Anyway I didn`t start the conflict and I never did escalate it.. others did escalate it..

anyway how could I know RD wanted to arrest me? or Kill me? he used harm intent on me.. it`s his fault..

An inability to see how you start conflicts and escalate them to the point where the aggrieved player feels the need to ahelp does not help you.

I mean, buying the shuttle isn`t "starting a conflict"...
defending my self from someone hitting me isn`t starting the conflict...
escaping from the fight.. isn`t starting it.. neither is slowing the person that caused you harm...

May I know what do you mean?
