A borg approached Tonto in the bar after Tonto had recently been unbanned and asked Tonto if he would like to have his genitals electrically stimulated.

When Tonto said yes, the borg began to beat him over the head repeatedly with a serving tray (which IIRC caused him to fall down stunned over and over and over). Tonto told him to stopped then adminhelped when he wouldn't that the borg was raping him, and got banned for false accusations of rape.
