I am 90% sure that purged silicons are now required to follow server rules like any other player and can not seek revenge without a good IC reason to do so. It is a shame, because if properly escalated it can be really cool. I think it had to be axed because people would see they got purged and just immediatly and silently begin to go killing people because CAN KILL = MUST KILL IMMEDIATLY
