Legcuffs

After receiving a PM from a player, I just tested the legcuffs and they cause major slowdown, like you're walking, starving and missing a leg. Plus they can't be removed without assistance which can make just walking around perma a hell.
I don't believe they were intended to cause that much slowdown since I recall them only making you as slow as a walk, not slower than molasses.

the legcuffs that are orange shoes + cuffs are supposed to make you extremely slow, as far as I can remember they've done that.

Yeah but they're painfully slow and I could swear they never made you *that* slow. You're actually faster walking around with one leg and leg cuffs can't be removed without assistance which makes them even more painful.

honestly, if you have leg cuffs put on you, you probally deserve to be executed instead.
