Banned again?

Ban reason and length: for killing an assistant for taking a hat
Time ban was placed (including time zone): 3-4 months ago
Your side of the story: when the round finished the whole game froze so i re opened the client and it said i was banned
Why you think you should be unbanned: About 3-4 months ago I was banned for "killing an assistant for taking a hat" and was unbanned for it a week later. I just finished playing a round last night at about 3 AM when the same ban message popped up. I'm assuming this is some sort of glitch and I'd like to be unbanned as soon as you can get around to it, thank you.
