2. Night vision module for cyborgs, probably able to make via RnD after you research enough to create the special NVG's like sec hud or med hud

3. Camera obscura able to see revenants, would be kinda cool to capture a revenant in a photo for more solid proof, and hilarious seeing people running around taking pictures

3 would be nice, But your idea seems to be a bit in the "Whimpy version". I'd say having a camera obscura in your active hand should let you see revenants, and taking photos of revenants would deal a decent bit of damage. FATAL FRAME BABY!
