My side of the story confirms all accuses and I think that he was right banning, however, I should already have been unbanned?
Because the ban has expired (I think?) and the crime does not seem to be worth a 9 months ban?

It's either a bugged ban or you never bothered to appeal it.
Regardless, i'll remove it.
