FINALLY, IT IS HERE.
I got the pass from several maintainers to finally start doing this, so here it is, the personal hats thread, I'm the spriter, coder (for the most part
) for this and here is where you request to be a special snowflake, you can only request one item a time so dont go overboard, and NO protective or buffed gear, everything you request must be purely cosmetic.Things you can request:
-Hats
-Clothes such as cloaks.
-Reskins for gear that appear when you find and pick up ingame.
This is the "alpha" version so there wont be special resprites when you are a certain mob now, but later there will be more options.
Anyone can request, this is strictly coder-based and admins need not do things like spawn your snowfleak ingame, they'll be encoded to be exclusive to you (or anyone you allow them to)

So as to not drown ourselves in hatspam, you can only get 1 personalized object and if you want a new one you gotta lose the old one, this restriction may be uplifted later but who knows.
Request form (the simpler the better)
Type of object: (hat, gun reskin, etc)
Description: (straightforward)
Permissions: (exclusive to you, can be worn by anyone etc)
Exclusive items spawn on you roundstart, but can be stolen later!
