Basically, this is a reward system for players that have done exceptionally good, taking extra precautions to not only go by the rules, but suck the admins' dicks treat the admins fairly, and with a level head in the cases that they do mess up.
Players are limited to one Snowflake Tickets™ per two months although admins can give one slightly earlier if they see it fit, what these tickets do is not only act as a self-subsiding merge token but let the players redeem one free cosmetic item of their own selection, restrictions are placed on such items more on those restrictions later and as for spriting I'll be handling all sprites by my own in the rare case this idea DOES go somewhere.
items But NOT the items themselves, the reskins apply when the items come into their possession (are in their hand or bag) and are removed when they lose them.
The items include and are limited to: Special snowflake clothing [Hats, clothes, shoes, top 10 rare knives karambit wow], or resprites for existing items.
The resprites have their own rules.
* Items must not have deceptive names or sprites, an item is deceptive if it confuses other players as to what it is.
* The resprites hold no effects and are purely cosmetic.
Other items may be redeemable from these tickets but must be reviewed first. Players are meant to summon items they receive through this tickets by switching their PDA's ringtone to the code for the personalized object.
Clothing is purely cosmetic too, it must not hold any special defenses or features unless it's a resprite for say, an armour. These features help distinguish especially polite or nice players.
TL;DR: good boy points from admins for chicken tendies

DIVISION BETWEEN THE SERVER AND CODEBASE IS ABSOLUTE
I don't think anyone is going to want to deal with all the overhead that this would entail

Oh man, I didnt think of that, that completely trashes my idea in retrospect, is there even any workaround to this? Probably not.
