Hey kiddos, I've added Krav Maga to the game and am considering adding it for sec. Check out the PR here.
As you might expect, it's pretty controversial. It is definitely a sec buff, no sugar coating it. I think it would be really fun, however, and that's why I've decided to push it anyways.

Krav Maga is a fighting style, sort of like Sleeping Carp. Instead of using intent-based combos, however, it gives you a list of action buttons. Pressing one will cause your next attack to be whichever attack you selected.
Krav Maga is currently admin-only. It can be used via the Krav Maga Gloves, which remove your Krav Maga if you remove them, and the Krav Maga implant, a single use implant that imbues the user with permanent Krav Maga.
Krav Maga has three moves:
1. Leg Sweep: A formidable stun. It sweeps the victims legs out from under them. Only usable on standing opponents. (It does Weaken(2), 1 higher than the weakest possible stun)
2. Neck Chop: A devastating blow to the neck that prevents the victim from speaking for a while.
3. Lung Punch: A quick, precise, and powerful blow above the abdomen renders the victim unable to breathe for a short while.
Other things that Krav Maga does:
Krav Maga makes your punches do a set 10 damage to opponents, and 15 if they're prone. However, you cannot get weaken punches.
Krav Maga makes disarmed items go directly into your hands instead of onto the floor. However, you cannot push.
Attacking with Krav Maga has unique sound effects to alert passerby of your fighting style.
Preparing to use a move will alert passerby with a message, such as "Fighter McKrav assumes the Neck Chop stance!"

I genuinely do not believe this will be as much of an issue as people have made it out to be. It does Weaken(2) (for reference, the shortest stun possible is Weaken(1), and telebatons do Weaken(3)) and can't be used on already-weakened people, meaning it can't be used to chainstun (since the stunned person can just hold an arrow key and instantly sprint away the second he gets up) and doesn't even knock people down long enough to handcuff.
If it somehow does become an issue, I'll consider your idea. Maybe I'll rename it to "Nerve Pinch" or something.
Only the warden should get it, The HoS already has a stun/disable/laser gun and sec officers aren't a sargent.
I like to believe that the HoS forgets his training after lack of use.

A retards guide on how to make a maxcap bomb in toxins.
Grab a oxygen tank and a plasma tank and bring them to the testing lab.
Super cool the Oxygen and superheat the Plasma.
Clean out the oxygen and plasma tanks with a filter/pump.
Then you wrench and unwrench the plasma and oxygen tanks in toxins. It`s important tha you do it one at a time. Try to get a 85%plasma and 15% oxygen mix.
Once you have a good burn mix, pump the mix into the burn chamber and light it on fire. Wait 10 seconds for it to heat up and pump it into a yellow (empty) canister.
Quickly set the kpa output to 163 kpa and fill the tanks with the burn mix.
Take the oxygen tanks and fill it up with a 613kpa worth of oxygen FIRST then fill the rest with plasma, you should get well over 2000kpa in the end.
With the new atmos system you should wait 5-10 minutes for you tanks to bake.
Take a tank transfer valve, add a oxygen tank and a plasma tank to it. You should have a maxcap bomb. Have fun blowing up the station mining!

To be fair, on Hippie you can crawl while in crit so the 15 damage may seem like a lot here but it's not actually that lethal there. I think it's fine personally.

Instead of making it standard, make it aid Sec during low-sec or no-sec situations. i.e. when roundstart sec is < % of crew. Or when new players join security when it's below that %.

This sounds awesome, but also probably a little bit too good for security officers. Also, if I've somehow failed with my taser and my flashbang, there's a good chance I'm already fucked. It is a baton alternative (especially how it does 10 damage punches!), but it also lets a robust melee antagonist really snowball further.
With that in mind, I think it's best for the warden and HOS. However, I really don't want it to encourage the warden to go out of the brig more. I just think a lot of it is particularly suitable for managing prisoners. It sounds like a lot of fun...but may be too deadly for the rank and file to safely use.
I think it makes more sense to only give it to the warden, the idea being that they are supposed to..you know...stay in the brig even more so now that they can fuck up anyone messing around in the brig or getting out of line. but of course even if you give it to the warden every single person in this game is just going to start/keep playing warden like another sec officer
Add an immovable squat stance and make it Slav Maga.

I guess a mutepunch before arresting is good so they can't summon their metafriends via radio to snatch them from your clutches. Then you can remove their headset before the mute expires. Also good if you want to quickly execute a traitor without them yelling to the AI

it's weaken(2) and can't be used on people that are weakened
that means that it's like a push, only the downed person can hold an arrow key and get away from the next attack for free

Its a 10 damage punch that can be followed up with about 4 more 15 damage kicks, assuming you don't just whip out the baton and stun them regularly after.
