My Side:
Being the person I am, I was constantly in the Science/Research and Design Department, eventually growing tired of the department itself (being the least played job).
Because of this illegitimate reason, I eventually looked toward the Toxins Department, especially for the purpose, and I believe only purpose thereof, of making explosives.
A whole lot of explosives. As many as possible. At first, I was perfectly fine with sending them out to the test chamber, watching them explode, but of course, I eventually came
to the conclusion that I'll never really see the bomb's potential without having a live setting. However, I couldn't bring myself to blowing up people without reason, so I used the least
populated locations (ie: Bathrooms, Escape pods [A particularly dumb location], Abandoned Office, etc.). Eventually, this did lead to investigations, which if I remember correctly, I did
respond to. I ended up ignoring warnings eventually, but not offending reptitively, or too often. At certain points, being an adolescent, I found myself incapable of answering to investigatory
calls, due to things like dinner and sleeping. This lead to unintentional ban evasion. However, I am sure that I've done it on purpose at some point, so I apologize for both wholeheartedly.
Why I believe I should be unbanned:
At some point I do believe I contributed to a positive experience on the server, particularly when I managed to sign for the Virology position in the Medical Department.
Being a human being, I believe I return to the server without breaking any rules, and will try at my utmost effort to respond to any investigations should my intentions go awry
once more.

Well actually you didn't evade a ban so it isn't ban evasion. I put the perma on because you did kinda griefy stuff and then logged each time. Like, even your story you just gave is weird since one of the bans you logged out on was:
Flushed a live bomb down disposals which blew in a random portion of the station. Claimed he took the timer off but why would you flush a bomb down disposals anyway. Logged during our conversation but I was going to apply this anyway.
and the other was

Both of which don't exactly correspond with the story you just gave. I was tired of you bailing on administration so I gave you this: (MANUAL BAN) Second time logging off during an investigation. I can explain both.
The live bomb thing was a genuinely stupid thing. It was after one of the first times i had actually cooled down oxygen to add to a bomb, but afterwards, I took the freezer card to go scrap it for tech, which led to me throwing away the one bomb i was going to toss out to test (before i had shot it out of the mass driver). I had it set for about 30 seconds and went in to turn it off, which i guess i managed to fail to do, then, without thinking, threw it in the can.

The toxin canisters was legitimate ill intent, i was logging off so i just opened some cans, closed a few, and lit them, planning to log off afterward. Despite what i did, the only thing i can do to lessen it is the fact that everyone was in Research and Design (which i quickly saw during my last few seconds as a ghost was someone going straight into toxins, proved me wrong).
Basically, I did stuff like that when i was trying to log off normally on a whim and nothing more.

I'm going to unban you but you need to cut that shit out from now on. I'm leaving the jobbans from science in place as you kind of lost your privileged to use those jobs (also they are under juristication of another admin who is not me). Make sure you don't do any more griefy stuff and then log out or the perma is going to go right back on.

I can understand letting him back on the server, everyones a dumb kid at some point. But just immediately lifting the ban when he feeds you this bullshit only reinforces that he can pull things like this then say " I apologize wholeheartedly" and nothing else happens.

I mean I just want to make sure you didn't buy his story
