Ban reason and length: (MANUAL BAN) Activily seeking out and murdering as a paladin AI. I'm aware of the laws but things seem to have gotten out of hand.

Your side of the story: Well, let's join the party, shall we? I was the AI that round. At the round start I receive ProtectStation, Paladin and gulag greyshits lawset. So I send borgs to gather greyshirts in the gulag. Overall orders were. At some point I allowed lethal force when the detaining is not an option. Which is fine, since according to law 7 assistants were evil. The only direct kill commands (that I can remember) were against roboticist with emag (survived, permabrigged) and one assistant who created false walls all over the place (protectstation), robbed command EVA and armory. For the long time she was free, in the end I believe engiborg reported of her being spaced, which is justified by protectstation, assistant law and palading itself. There were some accidents on gulag, because as you might imagine assistants turned it into a hellhole, but they were not in my control. I actively encouraged borgs to retrieve any non-assistants who died or were in danger on gulag.
So, I think that it was very much justifiable by laws to use lethal force when necessary. I only authorized lethal force as a last resort method, detaining always being preferable, except in the two cases I listed earlier, where I specifically ordered execution as punishment, in the first scenario because one of my borgs was almost emagged, in the second because the assistant was frankly the giant pain in the ass.
Finally, I also so the ban appeal from captain of the round. You also acknowledge the laws in the ban reasoning. So, which one is it? If the captain was banned, that means that the laws he uploaded allowed for this to happen. But then silicons shouldn't be banned, because they followed their laws. If the silicons are to be banned, that means they broke their laws, which means that laws didn't allow for this to happen, which means that captain shouldn't be banned. So which is it?
It also doesn't make much sense to ban cyborgs, since they mostly just follow AI's opinion on laws. If I misinterpreted the laws, then borgs should not be to blame, unless they contradicted what I told them.
Why you think you should be unbanned: a) Because I believe I acted according to my laws; b) Because it doesn't make much more sense to ban AI, borgs and captain, since, in my opinion, only one side is to blame here, even if it is me.
