I'm just gonna note that this user was recently banned from all medical positions for monkeying people without reason,

Then permabanned for lying at every step of the investigation. "they all allowed me to" I ask a random person he monkeyed about it, they said they didn't ask for it or allow it "oh ya all but one was them allowing me to monkey them" another user comes forth... 'i'm sure he allowed me to' 'oh if your gonna check logs then you might as well ban me'
