We need a rapid firing air horn aka "ULTRA AIRHORN", sounds is as follow:

Notice how the air horn fires rapidly? We need that.
To be robust is not about combat prowess, it is the state of readiness for the situation at hand.

Put some bananium in the Protolathe after doing some basic research and search in the bar for Air Horn.

Should be able to create an airhorn, dismantle it partially, add sheet metal for a larger horn and then attach it to a large gas canister.

Yes, because whenever people get hold of regular airhorns I normally find myself thinking "But why aren't they more annoying? I'd like them to be more annoying."

We already have progression on airhorns, anyway. It's called the honker blast 5000 and it deafens people, which is very nice because they don't have to suffer through it very often after that.
