Trigger this cutscene conditionally during new-cops when the escape shuttle leaves, theis not on board of the escape shuttle and there is at least 1 op alive (or some other similar set of conditions if you understood my concept, maybe only if the shuttle manages to escape if the nuke is armed, ala 3 head IDs on shuttle console to rush the escape).
