Your side of the story: The group in question was myself, Blaid, and Oddcastle. We had just gotten back into spacemans since everyone else we knew played some game called Legal Legends (I don't understand why so many people play such an unrobust game.) We were all playing in the same room. Oddcastle and I were teaching Blaid the basics of being robust. We were all working in Med bay. I was the virologist, Blaid the chemist, and I want to say Oddcastle was the Head of Medical. I had finally become comfortable enough to enable traitor as a possibility for myself. The next round saw me as a traitor virologist. In our excitement and ignorance we began rampant metacommunication. Within the first moments of the round I had enough unstable mutagen to kill a family of bears sitting outside my office door. We all instantaneously received an admin message. We hesitated before responding (none of us had received a direct message from an admin before). As my mouse hovered over the reply button the screen went blank and we were all permabanned from our favorite game. Lumps in our throats and glossy eyed we accepted our fate as we read and reread the rules. We went our separate ways after that. Blaid and I had a few good rounds on Paradise Station but the heavy RP turned him away. Oddcastle is in the army now and does not have a PC.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I spent a good deal of time on Paradise Station. I carried over my banned character and even nerfed him with a robot hand (a symbol of my previous ban) I worked on RPing and communicating with admins (letting them know I was playing with friends on the same IP and not being meta). Now I have my own laptop and can play SS13 whenever I want. I've moved an hour away from Blaid and like I said before Oddcastle has joined the armed forces. Honestly I planned on never trying to appeal my ban, but now Paradise is crashing byond when I attempt to sign in and I know Blaid will never play on that server with me. I know how grievous of an offence metacommunication is now and even though my new roommate tells me I can just make a new byond account and play /tg/ style again I know that ban evasion is an even more heinous offence. I make this appeal as a sign of good faith. I miss /tg/ terribly and regret the my actions deeply. I have not received any other bans and feel like I now have a total understanding of the rules and expectations of a spaceman. I feel like I was the ringleader in this meta incident and have worked hard over the last year to redeem myself. I feel as though I have done so but it is up to the admins to make that final decision. I throw myself at your mercy and ask with a heavy weight on my conscious to please lift my permanent ban from /tg/ server.
