Add random loot to derelict

It really seems that the derelict was remapped and set up in a way to support random loot, especially with all the closets, but no random loot ever happens. Would just need someone to add the spawners.

I guess this might be bad because it encourages people to space explore? Meh.

I must have missed doing that when I remapped the derelict.

I would do that but I can't due to being banned from git.

Should not be hard to do though, plenty of areas where closets used to exist so it won't be hard to have some nice random loot sprinkled around.

Request:
Combine this suggestion, with fixing this, https://github.com/tgstation/-tg-station/issues/10754

and adding the parts to make an RD console and a protolathe and an extra console screen or two strewn about the derelict.

That way, drones could find the parts, construct an rd console and protolathe, scavenge metal and glass, build a bluespace beacon, then go use the derelict teleporter to raid the normal station, pilfer the circuit imprinter board and a beaker of sulfuric acid, then teleport back. From there, they could basically build anything they want on the derelict.

Not sure if they have to have a working derelict rd server? Probably not?
