Ban reason and length:
(MANUAL BAN) As a non-antag got a little trigger happy with a staff of chaos and ended up killing one and monkey'ing another. This is not a proper response to security attempting to preform their job, and this behavior will not be tollerated.
Time ban was placed: 2015-07-21 03-42-08 EST
Your side of the story: Security was being a bit more shitcurity than most rounds, I can't remember all the details as this happened quite a while ago. But I remember taking a staff from some guy who was trying to shoot it at me, and then I shot it at him. I didn't know what it did due to me being new at the time, and as I was being chased by security I shot someone else with it and eventually got killed or something.
Why you think you should be unbanned: This happened a while ago, and I resolved it with an admin.

I took issue with the fact that you were wantonly firing a staff of chaos at security members trying to do their jobs. Killing someone is not an appropriate response to a non-lethal arrest attempt.

Yes, thank you for linking to that Roadhog. You were banned for a completely legitimate reason and it is a temporary ban; it'll expire tonight.

You all seem to forget that this issue was solved the day it happened, and Luke Cox made a report of something that was resolved. This was all resolved and does not warrant a ban.

It was not resolved, as you should have been reprimanded when the incident occurred. Ignorance to a game dynamic is not an excuse for killing someone.

It was resolved which is why I wasn't banned earlier. The admin I spoke to didn't repremand me for a reason.
