Janitor is my favorite job. It's not tied to progression and you can do it at your own pace. You just get to wander around the station and run into trouble or other interesting scenario's. I'm not sure if this is gonna go as far as to let us overwrite our entire roundstart uniform, but it would be nice to be able to swap the sneakers for dress shoes or snow boots. The eyepatch and medical eyepatch would also be a neat option.

I don't really care much for such a ruleset but if you're going to do it I think it might be more trouble than it's worth to disallow roleplay and actually enforce that. Wouldn't it just be easier to not require roleplay?
