The valves might be better off being replaced with pumps. Valves aren't one way and I can't see anything that will force the gas to cycle after passing though the TEG which means that the gas' temperature will try to reach equilibrium through the whole system (since there's no pumps to isolate the ...

Gravity gen gives off EMPs when turned on, it might reach the closest two turrets south of it, not to mention all the consoles.

Alina Station
Alina Station is a low-pop map intended for populations even smaller than Omega Station, good for a crew of 15-20.
Please leave feedback, ideas and criticism below so I can modify the map and make it more functional before pushing it to the codebase.

Linemap is officially in goon code! Goon runs different maps every now and then, so watch out for Linemap.

Looks pretty interesting. I can't see anything that particularly stands out in terms of a gimmick for the design, but I kind of like how security is more centralised, could lead to some interesting encounters!

This might leave a bad taste in some of ya'lls mouths, and some others I'm sure will be happy.
I finally finished a map. Not just the structure or the layout, the map is fully functioning and playable. I named it "Linemap," as promised. It's on the goon codebase.

Mapping on this codevase is essentially sticking together randomly sized squares to all fit into one vaguely box-y station, the only thing you need in your peabrain is the knowledge that medbay and science should actually fucking be next to each other.

Honestly considering there's no need for an atmos system and there's more natural lighting you can rely on, about 70% of the actual hard work put into a map is not required.

Goon lights are horribly laggy and they look so pretty that they legitimately make everything else look like trash. Also porting anything from goon so big is almost impossible without a ton of work.

Just make an exact 1:1 copy of the map for now and then change things up once its done. I can already see a lot of liberties youve taken with the map like adding wooden closets to dorms you shouldnt do that. Also fyi the access on openss13 is very weird so it might help if you understand it so you ...
