One of my favourite things to cook these days is to take all the leftover chicken bones from roasted chicken (we roast at least one chicken a week), make a nice stock out of them and make a delicious risotto from it.

I was kind of enjoying watching how the Senate operated.

However, I had to turn off the House debate. The sheer level of either willful ignorance, stupidity or malicious lying from several Republicans was a little too much to put up with.

I was actually sceptical of it at first but it has actually helped. It was quite surprising. My partner is very light sensitive so she uses them all the time. I'm nowhere near as sensitive to light but I think it helps my mind and body know it's time to sleep and to stop looking at my phone.
