Alternative Mechanics (Dumb bullshit do not read)

Just some dumb ideas themed musings, don't think of these as 'implement this right now' type ideas but rather 'aimless hypothetical' type conjecture.
Crew Rotation Shuttle: A second shuttle or alternative to the arrivals shuttle, the crew rotation shuttle arrives and departs from the station in intervals, its purpose is to allow dead or destroyed crew members a chance to get back on the ship as replacements for 'attrition' you're forced to not pick the name of any crew existing in the current round (and encouraged to modify appearance and job selection), these should arrive maybe once an hour or once in one hour than the next in twenty minutes, ten than five minutes from than on.
No more round types: Instead of selecting a round type at the stat of a round, it is always extended... Antagonists are decided by a system and distributed using 'slots' instead, specifically: At the start of the round there may be only one or two antags, the number of slots depends on a bunch of factors including number of players, round time, even 'inhabitable station' milestones like 'is there power, is there air, how much of the station is depressurized / on fire, is there any lights'
After opening slots the RNG will fill them with some noise in the time department of anywhere between twenty seconds to two minutes, selecting antagonists based once again on how serious the station situation is, 'weak' antags like borers and traitors would be common early but if the station copes and thrives into the hour mark things like wizards, xenos and changelings might show up
Of course this would mean there would need to be 'delivery methods' for some of the more exotic antags, maybe meteors containing chestbursters or headslugs appearing spontaneously in the vents / body of a monkey.
