A few short questions.

1. Do tesla generators and singularity generators dissappear when they create the tesla or singularity?
2. How do you go about getting flames in a spraybottle? Whenever I try they combust inside the bottle.
3. For that matter, if I fill a grenade with potassium, water, and a stabilizing agent will it still go off when I toss it?
4. What is the radius of distance where a Tele beacon can put you? Can it teleport you 3 spaces away from the beacon? 4? 5?
5. Can multiple teslas occupy the same space?
6. How do you make a Russian Revolver?
7.What the heck is Carbon Dioxide?

I can answer a couple of these
1. Generators are consumed when they create their respective power sources
6. You cannot make them, they occasionally appear in the casino on metastation and scattered in maint on a few other maps as loot i think
7. A miserable pile of secrets

russian revolvers are in the vault safes too, though i'll be damned if i've ever managed to get the fucking thing open. i think they're bugged

They are not bugged but its a obnoxious ordeal to get them open.
It involves using a stethoscope (snab one from medbay), then twisting until you hear a click and then going back and fourth until you can open the safe.
Usually you do it for the sake of doing it, not so for the loot.

i once spent a half hour doing exactly this and it didnt open, i call bullshit

It probably makes other sounds when the tumbler hits position, as well.
As far as I can tell, if you -keep going- after this initial "-unk" sound, you can make a full cycle and actually start manipulating the second tumbler. This is the part where it gets tricky, as your window gets spammed with noises and when you near the correct position, you start hearing all sorts of plinks, scrapes and plunks.
EDIT: I sort of got it. The order you want to go in is "Right, Left, Right." Turn right until you hear a klunk, or a plunk, or a tonk. Turn left, it'll klunk and plunk, but go until you hear a clink, chink, plink. This locks the second tumbler into position. Turn right again, and you'll eventually see a bolded message of "Sproing!" or something similar. You did it!
Granted this is two years out of date so not garunteed to work anymore.

Yes. Stabilizing agent does not prevent the potassium-water reaction.
7.What the heck is Carbon Dioxide?
A reagent that you should fill yourself with 1000 units of shortly before consuming the reagents for smoke powder in a small room for fun times.
