Byond account and character name: Syndicate Captain
Banning admin: sometinyprick
Ban type (What are you banned from?):ban from the server
Ban reason and length:until 2021 for addmitting i am 14
Time ban was placed (including time zone):12:30 PM
Your side of the story: i wanted to talk to kevinz about a ban i received last night because i suicided as a captain because i had to go and he banned me for it
and i was gonna talk to him about it, sometinyprick resonded unasked for and banned me for being 14
Why you think you should be unbanned: my account says 18 and my parents allow it.

1. Being 14 does not excuse you from the rules
2. Being over the age of 18 is a rule, and if you flat out admit that you're 14 after being prodded about it 3 times you're not mentally mature enough to play here, yet.
3. If you needed to go as a captain, you need to message the admins via ahelp.
4. Maybe you shouldn't be so rude to STP, then he might of been nice back, huh.
5. Your parents don't own TG or BYOND :^)
6. From my observation of you and the things I've noted about your playstyle, you're nowhere near mentally mature enough to be playing here, if you think the things you're doing are OK.

STP gave you 3 more chances than he is required to give.
You blew them all.

well half the player pop is under 18 what can i say its a fun game
"playstyle" i have more experience with the game then most other players im just not used to the differences between hippie and tg but i was almost there

Well, this isn't TV.
You've demonstrated that you have a lack of knowledge or care for the rules.
The rest of the players who might be underage won't ever get found out because they're not stupid enough to admit it in an adminhelp.
Also, lmao no, most of the players on the server are more experienced at the game since they're not going to go around griefing people FNR and screaming obscenity at admins.

Well, now you're talking to me, and my statement on this is that you're nowhere near mentally mature enough to play on this server, and that your attitude isn't helping.
If this were my ban I'd say denied unless a headmin wants to let you back in.

Anyway, appeal was already denied by the banning admin and I have no intention in removing the ban.
