Halloween Costume Derivation Station

FUCK it's only a few days away from Halloween weekend and I don't have a costume yet, I figured I wasn't going to dress up this year but we're throwing a Halloween bash at my house and I need to look the part
I was considering a Dayman costume with stuff ordered online, but it'd almost hit triple digits for the suit, pants, tie and hat, and my housemates say it wouldn't be something people would get anyway (which I disagree with, but alas).
What are you guys going as for Halloween? Got any simple ideas I can steal?

My advice is to dive a couple thrift stores and see what you can find, you might be surprised. I am just reusing my darkest dungeon highwayman costume I wore to fanexpo, so maybe look around if you have an old costume you can reuse

What type of stupid is that? I just put shorts on, no shoes or shirt with a tie on my head making menacing karate poses while I got candy and gave my nephew night terrors because I picked his ass up while screaming and dragging him to a 7 foot grim reaper with red eyes.
