New (interesting) ghost role

I think the listening post should be a ghost role. You would start off with a sketchin, a voice changer, and an agent card and you can't go off the listening post ( if you do, you will be gibbed). You main goal is to sow fear, parinoia, or just make a fool out of the captain by "making him" read WGW (maybe a cool down for the radio so you can't spam?)

Could be fun, but people will suicide just for this role.

Could be interesting to have some kind of "mission control" role for big syndicate rounds, esp. if said mission control can hear all department comms. Not sure how it'd work for DA rounds.
