Its a well known fact the the very best of grey tiders make the best admins, they know server rules and policies intrinsically to avoid the bwoink and then enforce them harder than the a valid hunting assistant stun prodding that valid clown.
Either way, since he became admin hes been good with trades and quick to respond to my ahelps regarding game mechanics.

They're pretty fast and good about handling ahelps. Hell, they're less aggressive towards me unlike other admins, which i really appreciate, even if I earned that passion.

Lets people know their ahelps were handled, unlike most admins that just leave us in the dark
Makes things more fun for the ghosts by sometimes letting them test things out in the thunderdome
Very fun to interact with
There was once a ban evader that tried to BoH bomb the station, DGL dealt with it IN A FUCKING INSTANT.
DGL is everything I ever wanted from an admin, don't let his talent go to waste please.
stop fucking canceling xenomorph infestations its my favorite ghost role

He doesn't break the server unlike some of the other badmin's, very reasonable and easy to talk to.

You know the whole "Gouty broke the server again" is a meme, I never dun it.
Didn't ever come across them as a player before (I don't think) but DGL is a good chap who takes their admin responsibilities seriously, has a good understanding of the rules and of policies, and is measured in his responses.
However their name does not conform to the order that my brain wants it in so I keep referring to them as GeneralDarkLord

Very courteous and polite. I would however like to complain about his bwoinking me for building a plasma statue with no malicious intent. I don't like the precedent it sets.

Intent here was mostly to just make sure you actually know they're super flammable, since quite a few people don't. Didn't really want to have to PM you later saying a disabler beam hit one and killed like three people, since they're actually absurdly easy to ignite.

Best adminhelp response rate in memory. Handles situations quickly. Tests things in Thunderdome every so often, which is entertaining. Good admin.

He was trialed a year ago but left before he finished. He's back, and now set to finish his trial this time. He (thank god) wasn't trialed this entire time

Why are trialmins set for so long when we have trialmin elections?

We don't, trainers look for good canidates, if they pass a canidate process where we teach them how to admin etc then they become a trialmin. after 2 months of being a trial they're either promoted to full admin, extended trial or deadminned.

Why wasn't he put in the backseat as a deadmin after a WHOLE year?

Should probably respect headmin rulings, rather than just deciding on his own how to interpret the established rules.

Can we get some context for that
Re: Darkgenerallord

Goofball, Armhulenn, and Ausops were discussing Dante Smith/Zaross. Goofball specified that he feels (Zaross) lacks an understanding of what the "Line" is.
It transcended into a very brief conversation about "Rule Lawyering", at which point DGL said that.
(I'm probably missing most of the context though so don't take my word completely for it.
On that note. I think DGL's an okay Admin. But i don't really see him often on any of the servers...

It shouldn't be okay to intentionally ignore headmin rulings just because you don't agree with them. Regardless of the circumstances, especially when handing out punishments.

Honestly an admin that other admins should look up to.
I got reported last night, and most other admins in the same situation would have just said "It's an IC issue" or shook it off without properly reading over it.
Instead, Darkgeneral took twenty minutes of his time to deal with me, even though I was angsty at first he stuck to it, despite the reporter having poor english.
He took his time to actually analyse the situation and instead of going "okay lol you done this here's your punishment" he made me know what I done wrong, where misunderstandings came in and shared his perspective. He dived through so much logs through out it. I think Dark is the one time I appreciated being questioned cause it showed me not every admin was lazy.
Deserves admin trainer tbh

He initially told me I couldn’t TC trade for devil, but after some deliberation, he trusted me and allowed me to. This resulted in some fantastic and enjoyable roleplay. Thank you Darkgenitallady.

Lays the meme bans on thick but probably one of the most reliably good admins on the team. Has really strong conviction and knows the game better than almost anyone I know
